Melissa Kreze and Chiemi Tanaka Recieve the 2009 Audiology/Hearing Science Research Travel Award (ARTA)

The CDS Department would like to congratulate Melissa Kreze and Chiemi Tanaka for receiving 2009 Audiology/Hearing Science Research Travel Award (ARTA). The purpose of this award is to provide financial support to students interested in research in audiology and/or hearing science to attend the ASHA Annual Convention which is taking place in New Orleans, Louisiana, from November 19–21, 2009. It also provides students an opportunity to learn more about current research in audiology and hearing science; to network with seasoned professionals currently conducting research in the area of audiology and hearing science; and to learn more about academic-research careers in audiology and hearing science.
